How long does setup take?

Depending on the scope of your configuration, up to 7 days from the moment you approve the panel. We handle everything — importing your data, connecting payments, branding. You just need to provide your assets (logo, colors, venue details) and we do the rest.

Does my client need to download an app?

No. The booking panel runs in the browser. No app, no account creation required. They open the link, pick a slot, pay, and they’re done.

Do I need technical knowledge to use QLIO?

No. The admin dashboard is built for venue owners, not developers. Your staff will learn it in under 10 minutes. No manuals needed. And if needed, we provide a written guide and walk you through everything on an onboarding call — we don’t leave you alone with a new system.

Which payment providers do you support?

We currently integrate with Przelewy24. When setting up your panel, we connect whichever provider works best for your market. Ask us during the demo.

Which invoicing systems do you integrate with?

We currently integrate with InvoiceOcean. Every booking triggers an automatic invoice sent directly to your client. Ask us about other providers if you use something different.

Do you take a percentage of my bookings?

No. Never. We charge a flat monthly fee. Your booking volume is your business — we don’t touch it.

Can I manage multiple locations from one dashboard?

Yes. One login, all venues. You can manage bookings, pricing, and availability across all locations simultaneously.

Can I customize the panel to match my brand?

Yes. We configure colors, fonts, and logos so the panel looks and feels like your own product. Your clients won’t see “QLIO” — they’ll see you.

Can my clients book on mobile?

Yes. 80% of bookings happen on phones. We obsessed over mobile UX — big buttons, clear flow, no friction. It works at 2 AM when someone suddenly wants to book karaoke.

What languages is the panel available in?

Currently English. French, German, and Spanish versions are in preparation. Ask us about your specific language needs.

What if I need a feature you don't have?

Talk to us. We built QLIO for our own venue and we’re still refining it every day. If your request makes sense for the product, we’ll consider adding it. We’re not a faceless corporation — you’ll be talking to the people who actually built this.

Is there a free trial?

No. Setting up a panel properly takes real work — importing your data, branding, configuration. We don’t do trials, but we do show you everything live on our own working panel — Kakadu Karaoke, Warsaw. Real bookings, real data. We’ll walk you through every feature and answer every question until you have no doubts left.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You own your data. After cancellation, we give you 30 days to export everything. After that, it’s deleted from our servers.

Do you have a minimum contract length?

No minimum commitment by default. Monthly rolling, cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We want you to stay because it works, not because you’re locked in.

What if the panel goes down on a Friday night?

We maintain 99% uptime and monitor the system around the clock. Critical issues (panel down, payments not processing) are responded to within 24 hours. We run our own venue on this system — downtime hurts us as much as it hurts you.

Where is my data hosted?

EU customers: servers in Poland (EU). US customers: servers in the United States. Your data stays in your region.

Is QLIO GDPR compliant?

Yes. We act as a data processor on your behalf. We sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with every client. Full details in our Privacy Policy at qliopanel.com/privacy-policy.

How much does QLIO cost?

Our plans start at $249/month. We don’t have fixed tiers — we build a custom offer based on your venue size and needs. Book a call and we’ll give you a number that makes sense for your business.
